The Sunstate Patios address is 1825 US Hwy 17/92 N, Davenport, Florida 33837 USA and we are located on 17/92 between Haines City and Louhman just southwest of Kissimmee and south of Disney World.

Directions from Orlando, Florida or the Kissimmee area

Take John Young Parkway south which becomes 17/92 and continue past Vine Street approximately 15 miles and Sunstate Patios is on the right.

Directions from the Space Coast

Take the Beeline Expressway west to Orlando and exit on John Young Parkway. Turn left which is south to Kissimmee where John Young Parkway becomes 17/92, and continue past Vine Street. Travel approximately 15 miles and Sunstate Patios is on the right.

Directions from St Cloud, Florida

Take US 192 west to Kissimmee and make a left and go south on John Young Parkway which becomes 17/92. Travel approximately 15 miles and Sunstate Patios is on the right.

Directions from South Florida, West Palm Beach or Miami

Take the Florida turnpike north to Kissimmee and exit west on 192. Travel past the intersection for main street, and make a left and go south on John Young Parkway. Travel approximately 15 miles and Sunstate Patios is on the right.

Directions from Tampa-St Petersburg, Florida area

Take I-4 east towards Orlando and exit 54 North onto the 27, and then travel 1 mile and turn right onto Ronald Regan Parkway to the "T" Junction (approx 3-4 miles) and turn right onto the 17/92. The 17/92 landmark for making the right turn is a sign posted for the Providence development. Sunstate Patios is approximately 5 miles on the right.
